On September 4, 2026, the Conference on the Release of Reform and Innovation Achievements of the Construction Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Innovation Base of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone was held in the Xiangyin Area of Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan Province.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by He Jihua, Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Head of the Hunan Construction Machinery Industry Chain; Shen Yumou, Director-General of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and Director of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Office; Tang Haoran, Deputy Secretary of the Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor of the Yueyang Municipal People’s Government; Liu Shiqi, Vice Mayor of the Yueyang Municipal People’s Government; Li Yunwei, Vice Chairman of the Yueyang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC; Zhang Yongjiu, Secretary of the Xiangyin County Party Committee; Qiu Wenjuan, Deputy Secretary of the Xiangyin County Party Committee and Acting County Magistrate; and other officials.
At the event, Hunan Vary Tech Resource Recycling Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Vary Tech Resource Recycling Group”) and Hunan Yangshahu Investment & Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yangshahu Investment & Holding Group”) formally signed the Cooperation Agreement on the Centralized Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal Center for the Construction Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Innovation Base of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The signing marks a significant step forward for Vary Tech Resource Recycling Group in expanding from municipal recyclable resource recovery into the field of centralized disposal of industrial solid and hazardous waste. It is committed to building a nationally leading industrial hub for the circular utilization of construction machinery.
As remanufacturing capacity continues to expand, the standardized, centralized and resource-oriented disposal of solid and hazardous waste has become a key issue in improving environmental infrastructure and advancing green development.
Waste generated as part of remanufacturing activities—including scrap metal, waste hydraulic oil, waste coatings and waste packaging materials—requires professional circular-economy service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions covering the entire process.
The centralized solid and hazardous waste disposal center established under this cooperation is a key measure for addressing this environmental infrastructure gap. It will help establish a full-process green closed loop for the remanufacturing industry within the Pilot Free Trade Zone, ensuring that remanufactured equipment exported to international markets can meet the requirements of international green trade rules.
